Thus, by the blessing of His Holiness the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Alexy II the plans of the Foundation "Spiritual Heritage of St. Paul the Apostle" includes the following projects:

I.

Creation of the monument of Christ the Savior at the old pilgrimage route from Russia to Jerusalem on one of the Syrian peaks, where are located the ancient Orthodox monasteries of III-VI centuries - Sednaya, Maalyulya, St. George and the Cherubim.  This area - the only place on earth where Aramaic is preserved - the language of our Lord Jesus Christ.

In this regard, it should be noted that the work of the Foundation relies on the spiritual leaders of Islam and the Middle East.

II.

Reconstruction of one of the oldest shrines - Temple of St. George the Victorious in Izra, where the first tomb, coffin and honest head of St. George preserved to this day.

III.

Exchanging of copies of holy icons between Russian and Syrian monasteries.

IV.

In addition, it is planned to create a film about the role of Russia in this region of the world in different historical periods and relations between Orthodox Christians and Muslims, as in the past and today.

The Foundation relies on the support of spiritual leaders of Islam in the Middle East, because historically it is for Muslims, Orthodox Christians are the closest spiritual brothers...
